Two weeks ago these two substation transformers left our factory for Port Arthur, TX. The 1500 kVA was built with a Neutral Grounding Resistor and the 500 kVA with a High Resistance Ground Pulsing Resistor with Ammeter, as well as numerous other accessories on each including NEMA 4X control cabinets, Nitrogen Preservation Systems, and Galvanized Rigid Conduit. Built for midstream provider Howard Energy Partners, these transformers were shipped to their Crude Oil Terminal where petrochemical products are stored prior to transport to their end-users.
